Michael W. Bradley, MPA
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
With over 18 years of experience in artistic and creative arts leadership, I started MCS to live out my passion of teaching and training creatives and artists to execute their gifts to their fullest potential.
My Journey
Michael W. Bradley has been an active member of the arts community both locally and abroad for over 15 years. Michael attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts where he graduated with a B.M. in Music Education. Michael currently chairs the Music Department and serves on the Voice faculty of Boston Arts Academy where he teaches Vocal Technique, Music Theory, Contemporary Vocal Ensembles and the award winning “Spirituals” Ensemble. Michael has become a writer and director in the fields of Choral and Gospel music, respectively. Michael's choirs have been able to perform for such prominent figures as Yo-Yo Ma and Damien Woetzel and at The White House for First Lady Michelle Obama. Currently, Michael is the Chair of the Music Department of Boston Arts Academy, Boston's Only Public High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. He has the pleasure of directing the award-winning Spirituals of Boston Arts Academy, which has achieved top rankings at local and national music festivals and appeared at the American Choral Directors Association Eastern Division Conference in March 2024. Also in 2024, The Spirituals released three albums, "Genesis," a classical crossover album that reached #1 on the Classical and Classical Crossover Billboard Charts, "The Kidz At North Station," a kids album that reached #1 on the Kids Album Billboard Charts and "American Dreamers," a Spoken Word Album. This year, Michael will be traveling with The Spirituals to appear at festivals in Atlanta, GA, and Carnegie Hall in New York City. After serving for nearly 20 years in worship ministry leadership in New England and South Carolina, Michael founded Motif Creative Services to strengthen the administrative and artistic practices and systems of creative teams of churches and creative organizations of all sizes. Services offered include short-term and long-term administrative residencies to help facilitate transitions, the onboarding of new leadership, and one-on-one coaching. A true believer in education, adding to his undergraduate studies, Michael has a Master’s in Public Administration and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Music in Choral Conducting at Boston University. Although Michael has joyfully led and served in the Creative and Liturgical Artistic communities for almost 20 years, his greatest joy is being married to his amazing wife, Daniella K. Bradley.
